Navigant was looking for a modern way to manage its online presence to stay competitive and respond quickly to its members needs. One of the key goals for the marketing team was to ensure a consistent member experience, whether in-branch, at the call center, or online.
Scandia has been a trusted vendor to Navigant for over 6 years. Initially, we partnered with a local advertising agency to design the new website on the Umbraco content management platform. Scandia has also taken on the design, development, and maintenance of the Intranet that is used across Navigant's 15 branches and the main office. This serves as an internal communication tool for employees, front-office representatives, and administrators to ensure quality service and a unified member experience.
