Scandia has built a powerful platform for lead management and aggregation utilizing the Umbraco platform. The most exciting thing about this tool is its ability to run seamlessly in parallel with all other editor needs inside the Umbraco CMS back-office. This means one login for each marketing team member!
So what does this thing do?
Anything and everything you could ever want! Well, at least as it pertains to leads and what to do with them for your business. At a high level, the process goes as follows:
- We receive a lead from a source. This could be your own contact form or an external provider (read more about that in the Providers section).
- The lead is processed through a series of "scrubbers" to make sure it's a lead that we want to capture and do something with. This includes things like Telesign and Twilio (phone number validation), Journaya, ZeroBounce, and of course started data validations. And, if it fails one or more of these steps, we can choose to send the lead back (don't pay for junk!).
- Now we send the lead to your destination of choice. We have prebuilt endpoints with platforms like SalesForce, Velocify, Five9, and many others. At this point, you can be confident in the fact that you have a clean lead that went to your sales rep.
They say timing is everything, and in our case, we have an average of 4.6 seconds from initial lead submission to first contact (dialer or method of your destination platform). That's 60% faster than the competition!
Workflows
We know that not every business is the same and to provide a tool that works for as many companies and industries as possible, we have built out a workflow configuration tool that allows the user to setup exactly what order steps should be executed. This is all done with a convenient drag-and-drop interface.
Providers
To make the configuration of incoming leads seamless, our approach has been to tell providers how, and in what format, to send us leads. This is helpful to you as it means each provider doesn't need its own complete integration and confirmation from this side. It's up to the provider to format before they send. Of course, the platform supports a wide variety of authentication protocols and data formats out of the box. Some of the providers that are already sending data include the following. More can be configured quickly and on demand, just say the word.
We cannot wait to share this with you and will make announcements as the product becomes available. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact one of our account managers.
