Scandia is proud to announce the launch of the new PromeraSolutions.com, marking the official rebrand and complete digital transformation of DataClean.com.

Working closely with Promera Solutions’ Vice President of Marketing & Communications, our team designed and developed a future-ready digital platform that reflects the company’s renewed brand identity, expanded service offering, and growing global reach.

Promera Solutions is a global leader in technology facility maintenance, providing mission-critical cleaning and environmental management for data centers, laboratories, and cleanrooms worldwide. The company’s rebrand from DataClean to Promera Solutions represents a broader vision — one focused on innovation, sustainability, and total lifecycle care for high-performance environments.

A Scalable, Global-Ready Platform

Scandia rebuilt the site from the ground up using Umbraco CMS, delivering a modern, modular architecture that empowers Promera’s marketing team with full flexibility and control. The new site is hosted on Umbraco Cloud, ensuring efficient workflows from staging to production and a clear upgrade roadmap for future scalability.

From the first wireframe to go-live, our focus was on editor experience, content scalability, and international expansion. Phase one includes the U.S. site, while regionalized versions for Asia, Canada, and Europe are already in progress — each tailored to local markets and brand language.

A Brand Aligned with Modern Values

Scandia’s design team worked hand-in-hand with Promera Solutions to translate the new brand identity into an elevated visual and digital language. Legacy content from DataClean.com was rewritten and restructured to reflect Promera’s new mission, tone, and values — emphasizing innovation, reliability, and environmental stewardship.

The site experience now balances professional credibility with human-centered storytelling, showcasing Promera’s people, process, and global impact through a clean, modern interface.

What’s Next

Next, Scandia will be scoping and developing promera.shop — a reimagined ecommerce experience that replaces shop.dataclean.com. This new phase will leverage Umbraco Commerce for a fully integrated customer journey, combining online product sales, service lead generation, and nurture automation within a single platform.
