Campus USA Credit Union serves over 100,000 members across Florida and required a website that reflects the accessibility, security, and ease-of-use expected from a trusted financial institution.
When Scandia first engaged, the existing site was difficult to maintain, inflexible for marketers, and lagging in ADA compliance. Since then, challenges have evolved to include:
- Upgrading from Umbraco v7 to v13 as older versions approach end-of-life
- Maintaining ADA compliance amid changing regulatory guidance
