- Intelligent routing to the appropriate banker or branch
- Direct push into Velocify CRM, triggering auto-dial workflows
- Logging, reporting, and compliance tracking

CMS & Front-End Rebuild
Alongside the API infrastructure, Scandia rebuilt the public-facing site in Umbraco, giving the marketing team full control over content, landing pages, and SEO performance. Hosting was migrated to Microsoft Azure with a scalable architecture, backed by a long-term support retainer.
