CData needed a smarter way to align their website activity with their Salesforce CRM. With a highly technical sales cycle and dozens of product touchpoints across their global platform, CData was struggling to capture meaningful lead signals and pass them cleanly into their pipeline. Scandia engineered a custom integration that linked CData’s Umbraco CMS with Salesforce, automating lead capture, scoring, and segmentation from the very first click.
The integration mapped CData’s multi-step form activity to Salesforce’s custom objects, allowing for clean data enrichment, channel attribution, and lifecycle reporting. We also implemented webhook-based logic to sync behavioral signals—such as downloads, trial signups, and product interest—directly to Salesforce records in real time. This gave both marketing and sales the unified visibility they needed to follow up fast and personalize every touchpoint.
